The Art Room has been a dream of mine for a long time! In fact, I vividly remember watching my favorite PBS show as a kid called ‘Out of the Box’ where they would open up their big box of crafts and make new things everyday. To me, that was what dreams were made of.

Fast forward a few years and you would find me running art camps for kids, getting my degree in art, and running art + craft workshops for all ages.

I strongly believe that art should be messy, open-ended, and fully up to the imagination of the artist. Art is so powerful, especially when it involves creative freedom!

And after making art, having kids of my own (and helping kids make art for years) there is one thing I know: kids are artistic geniuses. They know exactly what to do when they sit in front of supplies. My job is to provide ‘out of the box’ experiences for your kid so they can emotionally regulate, unwind from school, and stay busy in the summer!
